Terms of Service
Last updated 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bindagt service and the AGT-9303 identity registry (the "Service"), operated by Bindagt ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or registering a domain root, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bindagt provides a registry for the registration and verification of identities for AI agents under the AGT-9303 standard. You may register a root under a domain you control, anchor agent identities under that root, and verify any identity recorded in the registry.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Domain control
To register a root, you must demonstrate control of the corresponding domain through the verification method we provide. You may only register roots for domains you are authorised to administer. We may suspend or revoke a root where control cannot be confirmed or is reasonably disputed.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
- Root registration is provided as an annual subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase (currently
$10/year), inclusive of one agent and the first annual term. - The first 100 roots are provided free for their first year; thereafter they renew at the standard annual price.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder before each renewal.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to impersonate others, to register identities you are not entitled to, to facilitate fraud, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend access where use threatens the integrity of the registry or the rights of others.
6. The registry record
Identities are anchored to an immutable registry. Once anchored, a record cannot be silently altered or deleted; corrections occur only through the mechanisms defined by the AGT-9303 standard, such as transfer or term expiry. You acknowledge that records you create are durable and public.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Verification of existing records reads the registry directly and continues to function independently of our own systems.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes and termination
We may amend these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For any questions, contact legal@bindagt.com.
Refund Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026
This policy explains when refunds are available for paid Bindagt subscriptions. It applies in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
1. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel a new root registration within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet anchored an agent identity using that root. Because anchoring writes a permanent record to the registry, it constitutes the supply of a digital service that, once performed, cannot be undone.
2. After an identity is anchored
Once you have anchored one or more agent identities under a root, the core service has been delivered and the registration fee is non-refundable for that term.
3. Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new term has begun. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account; we will send a reminder beforehand.
4. Service faults
If a paid feature does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund for the affected period.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@bindagt.com from the address on your account, stating the root concerned and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via our merchant of record.
Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 June 2026
Bindagt is the data controller for personal data processed through Bindagt. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account data — email address and authentication details.
- Billing data — processed by our payment provider; we receive limited transaction records, not full card details.
- Domain and usage data — the domains you register and operational logs needed to run the Service.
2. The registry contains no personal data
The immutable registry never stores personal data. Records hold agent identifiers and domain roots only — no names, email addresses, or other identifying information are ever written to it.
3. Why we process data
We process your data to provide and secure the Service, to take payment, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with you about your account. Our lawful bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us operate the Service (such as our infrastructure, email, and payment providers), each bound by appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On account deletion, we anonymise off-chain personal data; the immutable registry is unaffected because it holds no personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@bindagt.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
